Cultivating Dafa and Witnessing Miracles

Greetings, fellow practitioners!
I am a Dafa disciple who obtained the Fa in 1997. Today, I’d like to share some miraculous experiences and insights from my cultivation journey. Please kindly point out if anything is inappropriate.
The Power of a Dafa Disciple’s Presence
Once, as I was reciting the Fa while walking, a magnificent scene suddenly appeared before me. I saw countless beings filling the air around me, delighted to see me. They spoke to one another, saying, “Look, a Dafa disciple is coming!” The stones, walls, buildings, trees—everything around me was alive and greeted me with respect. Some beings didn’t dare come close; they hurried away as soon as they saw me.
This scene left me deeply moved. I recalled Master’s words in Zhuan Falun: “When your celestial eye reaches the level of Fa Eyesight, you will find that rocks, walls, or anything else can talk to you and greet you.” Seeing this unfold before my eyes was exactly as Master described.
I felt like every part of my body, even each pore, could communicate with them. I told them, “Remember, Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance are good.” They were immensely grateful and happy to accept these words.
This experience made me realize that while Dafa disciples may appear ordinary in this human world, beings in other realms deeply admire us. They watch over us and see our arrival as a great honour. As we walk by, the compassionate energy field we carry harmonizes layers of beings, purifying the spaces around us.
This reminded me of what Master said in Teachings at the 2004 International Conference in New York: “As a matter of fact, if your thoughts are very righteous, when you walk down the street and go about your life in the city where you live, all of your surroundings will be cleansed. Your mere existence has the effect of saving sentient beings.”
One time, I was too tired to practice outdoors in the early morning since I was alone. But I pushed myself to go, and when I arrived, I saw numerous Cultivated Infants in another dimension waiting for me listlessly. When they saw me, they instantly brightened up and welcomed me with such joy that words could not convey.
I understood this was a compassionate Master encouraging me to persist in my practice. These beings were eager to follow me in cultivation, and as I practiced, their bodies were also transformed.
An Empty Heavenly Realm When I Didn’t Do Well
When I first started clarifying the truth, I had a lot of fear and pride. If I encountered someone unfriendly or verbally abusive, I would think, “I’ve sent you the truth; if you don’t accept it, that’s your choice. When the time of elimination comes, you’ll see the consequences.” Sometimes, I even felt that these hostile individuals deserved to be eliminated.
Once, I had a dream in which I ascended rapidly during cultivation until I reached my world. Though it glittered with golden lights, there was no sign of life there—not animals, plants, people, sound, or even air. The desolation was beyond words, and I felt this world was too empty to enjoy. I soon returned to the human realm.
I realized this was a hint from Master, reminding me to save people wholeheartedly. In the Fa-rectification period, each Dafa disciple has a heavenly realm of their own, and the beings within can only return if we save them. While assisting Master, clarifying the truth, and saving sentient beings, we continuously fill our heavenly worlds with life. Failing to do this might lead to an incomplete realm, lacking life and vitality.
Celestial Beings Envy Dafa Disciples
Recently, I was clarifying the truth on the street when a Chinese woman snatched truth-clarification materials from a fellow practitioner’s hands, tore them up, and threw them on the ground. She then tried to grab materials from another practitioner but, despite using considerable effort, couldn’t take them. She next reached for a truth-clarification banner nearby. When our fellow practitioner stopped her, she called over two other Chinese people nearby to help her grab the banner together.
At that moment, I was sending righteous thoughts and saw them in a standoff over the banner. I thought, “I absolutely cannot let them take it,” so I quickly went over to take back the banner and asked the other practitioners to take photos and call the police. However, their attitude remained very aggressive.
At that point, another practitioner approached and firmly told them, “This is not China; this is a society governed by law. This is our personal property, and you have no right to take it. If you continue like this, we will call the police and wait for them to handle the matter.”
Upon hearing that we had called the police, two of the Chinese people backed down, let go of the banner, and quickly left. The woman who had initially torn up the truth-clarification materials also had to let go, fleeing before the police even arrived.
Afterward, I realized I had developed a combative mindset in this struggle over the banner. I held tightly to the banner while sternly telling them, “Don’t leave—wait for the police.” This made them hold on tighter, and neither side would let go.
However, the other practitioner took a rational approach, calmly telling them that in a free and democratic society, damaging personal property is against the law, and we were waiting for the police to address it. With just a few words, they backed down.
I realized that in such situations, it is essential to maintain a proper mindset; words spoken with compassion have much greater strength. If we approach it with a combative mentality, the results won’t be good, as it just becomes a dispute between people. Just as Master says in Zhuan Falun: “You have qi, and the other person has qi as well. How can you treat him with your qi? Perhaps his qi will overpower yours! There is no constraint between this qi and that qi.”
Since I often have other projects to work on, I don’t get many chances to clarify the truth on the street. But I still try to make time to go out and clarify face-to-face. Being on the front lines gives me a sense of urgency in saving sentient beings, helps me rediscover the feeling I had at the beginning of cultivation, and lets me appreciate just how diligent and remarkable fellow practitioners who have been clarifying the truth on the street for so many years.
A fellow practitioner with an open celestial eye once shared that when Dafa disciples do the three things, even the gods in the heavens feel immense admiration. Once, a very high deity leaned close to that practitioner’s ear and said, “I would willingly give up all of my divine glory to come down to the human world and be a Dafa disciple, even if just to hand out one flyer.” This shows what an honour it is for Dafa disciples to assist Master in the Fa-rectification and save sentient beings.
Master says in What a Dafa Disciple Is: “Indeed, do you realize something? You are Dafa disciples, and countless beings above, beings simply limitless in number, envy you. If today I were to offer any high-level god, no matter his greatness, the chance to come and be a Dafa disciple, he would leap at the opportunity in a split second—the instant my words reached him he would come. He would be simply elated, for everyone who is aware knows that this way he could not only save himself, but also the countless sentient beings of his world. That is simply the most extraordinary thing in the future cosmos.”
The Sky was Falling in the Dream, Yet Some Practitioners Couldn’t Leave
One time, I had a dream in which I saw the end of the Fa-rectification approaching. The old cosmos was collapsing rapidly. Most practitioners were already rising, flying away from the earth, but one practitioner was completely unresponsive, only then thinking of finding a place to meditate. I wanted to help this practitioner, so I used a movement from the “Buddha Maitreya Stretching His Back” exercise, propping up the collapsing cosmos in one motion. At that moment, I felt it wasn’t human strength but divine power that Master had instilled within the practice.
I realized that although the five sets of exercises Master taught us may seem simple in their movements, Master has embedded immense power into each one. As our levels increase in cultivation, our abilities grow stronger, and when we apply righteous thoughts, we can exhibit these vast divine powers.
As I held up the collapsing cosmos, I called out to that practitioner, urging him to leave quickly before it was too late. Yet he seemed not to hear, continuing to search for a place to meditate.
At that moment, another practitioner who had already flown to the edge of the cosmos called out to me, saying, “You should go; you can’t save him.” Just as he said this, the cosmos began to press down even faster. I no longer had the strength to hold it up and was crushed with no place to stand. Confused about the tremendous force bearing down, I flew outside the cosmos to see what was happening. I then saw Master in the sky, making hand gestures to control the speed at which the cosmos was descending.
I realized then that our compassionate Master is enduring enormous hardship to save sentient beings and to allow Dafa disciples to reach consummation. He has prolonged the time for Fa-rectification, yet Fa-rectification must eventually conclude. Dafa has its standards, and when the true ending moment arrives, those who do not meet the standard will be unable to leave, as Dafa measures each life’s position.
This made me think of certain practitioners who have recently gone astray and those influenced by them. If they do not repent in time, the consequences at the end of Fa-rectification will be dreadful! Eons of waiting will be destroyed in an instant.
Finally, let’s take to heart Master’s words in Stay Out of Danger: “The Fa-rectification of the Cosmos has reached the final stage, and after this period of time there will be a serious process of selection and elimination. So do what’s in your best interest! Divine beings hold in high esteem the Dafa disciples who have gone through this historic period. You too should cherish yourselves, and find a way to make it through this unprecedented and most evil of persecutions. Become a True Enlightened Being! Through these things you will achieve what divine beings consider magnificent!”
